On August 22, 2018, Architectural Design and Research Institute of Tsinghua University Co., Ltd., Shandong Province Construction Project Bidding Center and Urbanseal gathered at Shandong Energy-saving Demonstration Building to participate in the signing ceremony for the whole-process strategic engineering consulting cooperation between Tsinghua University- Shandong Province Construction Project Bidding Center-Urbanseal as well as the signing and unveiling ceremony  for jointly establishing Shandong Branch of Urbanseal between Shandong Province Construction Project Bidding Center-Urbanseal  at 10:18 am.  The signing of the agreement marks that three parties have established a solid strategic partnership, which lays a good foundation for expanding the market in Shandong and even China.

  At the signing ceremony, Ms. Cao Meixiang, General Manger of Shandong Province Construction Project Bidding Center, Mr. Xu Jie, Director of No. 7 Comprehensive Design Institute of Construction Engineering, and Zhou Yuyi, General Manger of Urbanseal delivered exciting speeches, in which they expressed their expectations for establishing the long-term partnerships. Mr. Geng Qinghai, Director of Shandong Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development was specially invited to deliver a speech at the ceremony and he proposed the higher requirements, standards and hope for three parties.

  Director Xu of Tsinghua University, Ms. Cao of Shandong Province Construction Project Bidding Center and Mr. Zhou of Urbanseal signed and exchanged the strategic cooperation agreement on the whole-process engineering consultation, on behalf of respective enterprises.  

Main contents of this agreement are as follows: 1. Conducting study and research, market research, industry management, formulation of implementation plans and criteria, model innovation and other aspects of research covering the whole-process engineering  consultation in the industry through industry-university-research cooperation, and actively organizing  expert training, conferences and seminars, high-end forums and other academic activities  through the resources  of governments and colleges; 2. The Architectural Design and Research Institute of Tsinghua University  mainly exerts its expertise and advantages in building design;  Shandong Province Construction Project Bidding Center mainly exerts its advantages  in early consultation and late tender supervision; Urbanseal mainly exerts its advantages in urban planning and design; the three parties jointly participate in the negotiation, contracting and bidding of the whole-process consulting project to expand the national whole-process consulting service market together.

      Three parties aim to achieve the following goals: 1. actively responding to the strategy of construction of the whole-process consulting projects vigorously advocated by the state, the three parties integrate respective superior resources to jointly set up a "whole-process engineering consulting research center", explore the whole-process engineering consulting management, engineering construction and organization model, and improve the level of the whole-process engineering consulting through studying and solve new situations and problems identified in consulting work and summarizing experience and weaknesses, so as to expand the influence of “research center” in the industry, promote the transformation of the research center to a “whole-process engineering consulting industry association” and facilitate  the industry-university-research cooperation; 2. jointly expanding the whole-process engineering consulting market and planning and design consulting market through closely conducting cooperation in Shandong Province and even the whole country, so as to serve the national development strategy and develop into the most competitive consortium across the whole-process engineering consulting market.

  The signing of the agreement not only improves the overall strength of three parties, but also presents us a promising future. From today on, the three parties will open a new chapter and seek future development with a new attitude and higher requirements for themselves.

   After the signing, Ms. Cao of Shandong Province Construction Project Bidding Center and Mr. Zhou of Urbanseal unveiled the establishment of Shandong Branch of Urbanseal, receiving warm applause from the audience onsite.
