Located in the southeast part of Liuhe Township, Xingyang, Zhengzhou, this project is about 2 km away from the downtown of Liuhe Township and about 40 km away from Zhengzhou. This area is connected to Zhengzhou by the relocated line of national road 310, the town of Liuhe by a main road northwards and Huancuiyu scenic spot by two main roads southwards. The total area of the planning area is 150.78 hectare. This area has a relatively complicated site terrain with an attitude difference of over 60 m and few resources of developable construction land, which only accounts for 53.15% of the total area. This project is oriented to be the printing industrial park of most culture deposits, the creative and cultural park of highest economic value, the characteristic demonstrative park best displaying ecological ideas and the benchmark for regional development integrating multiple industries. Taking building a platform for industry development as the orientation, the development of tourism industry as the opportunity, the development of creative industry as the soul, the intelligent facilities construction as the support and the development of ecological construction as the means, through the four major strategies of terrain shaping, intensive land use, construction of green park and implementation by stages, the planning intends to build a green cultural and creative industrial park that integrates printing industry, characteristic commerce, creative office work, high-end residence and ecological tourism.
