大連理工大學(xué)國(guó)際航運(yùn)中心研究院副教授；大連理工大學(xué)交通運(yùn)輸學(xué)院副教授、院長(zhǎng)助理。2003.10--2006.9，名古屋大學(xué)交通工程專業(yè)工學(xué)博士；

2000.9--2003.4，同濟(jì)大學(xué)城市規(guī)劃專業(yè)工學(xué)碩士；
